Located at a busy intersection in Santa Clara, California, the recently completed Thirty75 Tech project nestles into the urban site and creates a new public space against a backdrop of Silicon Valley office parks and freeways.

The project explored the dialectic relationship between performance and expression in architecture.

Multiple wrapped façade systems synthesize performance and practical demands, transforming the immediate as well as urban space while inserting an indelible memory mark

Flanked by the sunshade structure on one side and the green wall on the other, the plaza experience extends the building entry toward the street while creating a place to stay, connect, disconnect or decompress.

Nur Commercial Building

Nur commercial project is located on a 790-square-meter land near the main road of Noor city between the sea and the Sisangan jungle. Considering the accessibility and landscape The land has special situation. The client request was to establish a recreational/commercial hub on this land. According to the subject of the project, the typology of Iranian BAZAR was studied. In these studies, the design team emphasized on two issues. The first issue was Iranian traditional bazar program and the other one was Iranian bazaar voids/in between spaces. Sable Park

Leading South African architecture and urban design studio, dhk, has completed Sable Park in Century City in Cape Town. The commercial development comprises two buildings – one of 8 000 sqm and another of 8 300 sqm – and sits at a prominent entry point into Century City forming an iconic front face for the suburb. Situated at the southern edge of the blossoming Bridgeways Precinct, it boasts unobstructed panoramic views of Table Mountain.Originally dubbed the ‘macro-chip shuffle’, the buildings’ composition was inspired by shuffling forms that operate independently and adapt to their immediate surroundings.
