Concrete Composite

A sculptural coffee table inspired by the raw, organic forms of stone and architecture. The table combines a softly rounded tabletop with a sculptural multi-leg base, creating a strong, grounded presence while retaining an organic sense of movement. The irregular form of the base is deliberately tactile and imperfect, giving the piece a distinctive character from every angle. The table is made using NEDEVDESIGN’s in-house concrete composite, developed as a lightweight alternative to solid concrete. A lightweight foam core is encased in a thin, strong, fibre-reinforced concrete shell, made primarily from cement and natural sand. Two opposing forms meet at the centre to create a distinctive hourglass silhouette, balancing a wide, grounded base with a generous tabletop. Its softly textured surface adds depth and tactility to the minimal geometry, while the compact proportions allow it to work naturally across a range of interiors — from residential spaces and bedrooms to hospitality, galleries and other design-led environments.
