Sainte-Foy is a former city that is now a borough of Quebec City, located in the province of Quebec, Canada. It's situated on the north bank of the Saint Lawrence River, opposite the mouth of the Saint-Charles River. Today, the neighborhood of Sainte-Foy is a major residential and commercial district of Quebec City. It's home to several important institutions, including Université Laval, the largest French-language university in North America, and the Centre hospitalier universitaire de Québec, one of the largest hospitals in the province. The ‘Hype Valley’ concept creates the unique appearance and offers new adventurous experiences of living, through the signature pool and up to 15 lifestyle facilities. The heart of the main building is the facility area on the top level and the entrance podium which we were responsible for. There was no such thing as 'too much' for this truly one-of-a-kind condo in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood; these amazing clients truly love mixing colors and patterns. We partnered with DeForest Architects and Lochart-Suver to realize this unique residence. We designed several custom furniture pieces for the space - including a sectional, ottomans, tables - utilizing high end textiles, bright resin, and dichroic glass so every element of the home feels special. The KALM Penthouse is a unique condominium project located in Bangkok, with a construction area of 3,000 square meters. It consists of seven floors and a rooftop garden, and is built on a small parcel of land with a focus on creating a sense of "home living" for residents. The project features large units ranging from 100 to 175 square meters, each with functionalities typically found in houses in Bangkok, such as a foyer, Asian kitchen, yard, and garden. It is also designed with privacy in mind, with only 16 units in total, meaning that each floor houses just two or three units. Kalm Penthouse Ari is a 7-storey condominium consisting of 23 units located in the prime area of Bangkok, Thailand. The project stands out due to its large units and extensive greenery, as well as its thoughtful and generously livable design. The building is located in the unique and charming neighborhood of Ari, known for its blend of vintage houses and modern commercial developments.
