Bienesta Pedregal is the new location of this clinic in the south of Mexico City, a space dedicated to holistic well-being where nutrition, functional medicine, and design come together in a unified experience. The project proposes a different relationship between architecture and care, understanding that space can directly influence how we feel and how we perceive our connection with the environment. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Querétaro, Alta Fibra occupies what was once a family home. The project consisted of giving new life to a 1970s house and transforming it into a neighborhood bakery: a place where bread is made on site and the aroma of freshly baked dough blends with the warmth of natural materials.
