Our Istanbul Ferris Wheel project has been conceived as a contemporary urban landmark, redefining the relationship between entertainment structures and public space.

Positioned within Istanbul’s dynamic urban fabric, the project goes beyond being a visual icon. It is designed as an experiential architectural intervention — activating its surroundings, strengthening pedestrian engagement, and contributing to the city’s skyline with a refined structural presence.

Customized livingThe property is on the edge of the Gründerzeit development in the Jakomini district to the south of Augarten. Characteristic features of this development are perimeter blocks with green and quiet inner courtyards and a homogeneous, imposing appearance on the street side. For the representative front of the building facing Schönaugürtel, a sculptural façade projecting forwards and backwards was envisaged, which guides individual views to the East and the West.
