Designed by TANGRAM Architekten as part of the TETEM 3 development, De Weverij marks the final architectural statement in the redevelopment of Roombeek. Built on the site of a former textile hall, the residential building reconnects the area to its industrial heritage while introducing a bold, contemporary identity. For 334 Oxford Street, anodized aluminium was used to create a façade with depth, rhythm and warmth. The building is a repurposed mixed-use development in the heart of London, where much of the existing structure was retained to reduce embodied carbon while creating a renewed and energy-efficient exterior. The project combines urban density with open water views and a carefully designed green landscape, creating a new, sustainable district within the city. Skypark Business Center in Luxembourg is a striking airport development where architecture, movement and material expression come together. Located next to Luxembourg Airport, the building forms part of the wider Airport City development and is designed as a sustainable business destination with offices, retail, hospitality and public spaces. For this project, Alumet supplied anodized aluminium in AluCopper 02. The warm copper tone supports the building’s sculptural shape and gives the façade a strong visual identity from every angle. Lopota Reception unfolds as a glass-bound threshold, where architecture dissolves into landscape and light moves freely through space. Transparency acts as a mediator, binding interior life to the surrounding nature and allowing the building to breathe with its environment. The design carries the memory of a former rose plantation once rooted on this land. Its spirit is subtly preserved through rosewood veneer grains that trace the walls and custom-made furniture, while softly blushed copper surfaces wrap the space in warmth and quiet intimacy. The renovation of Kaunas Town Hall transforms one of the city's most historically significant buildings into a modern museum space, seamlessly integrating contemporary exhibition design with architectural heritage. Dating back to 1542, the building has undergone multiple renovations, with the latest major reconstruction occurring in 1973. La CATHouse is the result of the transformation of an old duplex in the St-Henri neighborhood, built around 1885. The idea of creating an expansion that would highlight this former working-class building emerged from a meeting with a local craftsman trained in the arts in France. Specializing in the restoration of cornices, friezes, entablatures, and other metal ornaments of old Montreal buildings, this craftsman was able to impart his expertise in the design of a contemporary extension. Custom Metallic and Mica finishes from #ALPOLIC work together on the envelope of the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital at the University of Utah to create a welcoming environment that also harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The shining copper color and pearlescent warmth of the Mica metal composite materials evoke a sense of calm and comfort.  Use of these finishes is particularly noticeable on the large canopy at the hospital's entrance. Paired together, the colors extend from the building to shield incoming patients and visitors from the sun, and draw them into a similarly designed place of solace and healing.
