Microtel is an effort to create a flexible build that allows the user to present their different reading from the space. The spatial organization of the  project is based on the dual "visible" and "hidden" and the definition of different uses of the space in this dual is looking for an economic solution to reduce expenses and speed up the process of implementation. At the same time, the project tries to minimize its borders with the city (only one glass facade) and inform it’s user free of uproars, advertise and turbulence the urban walls. Rezi Hotel & Studios is located in a beautiful coastal area in Parga. The project is about the creation of 6 new rooms in the attic of the existing hotel. The main goal was the harmonization among the architectural design, functionality and aesthetic. Located on a rocky, wind-swept south facing shoreline; this 1,600sf retreat home nestles into the landscape in order to harmonize with it’s surroundings and minimize exposure to weather. Designed with retractable wall panels to protect from punishing winter storms, the house nevertheless opens up completely to the outdoors when the weather is fair — allowing the owners to fully interact with the landscape and view. The site is within the San Juan Islands National Monument, with extremely sensitive shorelines and marine environment. Located in Lisbon, in the central and iconic area of Praça das Flores, this project transforms an apartment  with 5 rooms into a Guesthouse. The initial structure of the apartment is maintained and the spaces are organised according to a hierarchy of space occupancy – internally the spaces are grouped in different areas- rooms, living areas, kitchen and circulations for guests and service circulation.The rooms were designed to provide moments of calm and serenity for our soul, as a reminder of the name of the Guest house “Casa c’alma”, given by the owners. The project is designed for a young family who loves comfort in general and comfort in the interior in particular. We didn’t know a thing about the customer before a start of project activities, though there is a rule in our workshop: prior to starting to design you should become a family member for these fellows. These include getting to know everything about them: what time they usually get up, if they are in the habit of walking barefoot at home, if they brush teeth with the left or right hand, etc.  More

This 6,400 SF dental office located outside of Dallas, TX has all the country charm and comfort. Large doors welcome guests as they enter the cozy waiting area that features exposed beams, stone work and a fireplace. Wood arches guide patients to the exam rooms that have state of the technology but don't lack the charm that the rest of the building offers. Barn doors were used as a privacy feature for some patient rooms. Even the sterilization area features wood cabinetry to blend in with the rest of the space. More
