The project proposes an essential compact volume in response to two factors: minimum plot dimensions, and delicate terrain characteristics, which require simplicity in decision-making.The result is a small box, like a gift, that opens transversally to the garden conditioned by the proximity of the neighbors. A white volume that unfolds through panels of heat-treated wood that incorporate the garden spaces into the interior of the home, expanding the visual limits of the spaces and humanizing the private spaces. In contrast to this transversality of the ground floor, the exterior of the most private spaces is protected from view in the recessed formalization of its openings, with shared fencing that modulates the scale of the building.
