Concept Note: Shivalik Curv is designed as a symbol of modernity and innovation within Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT City), India's first operational Greenfield smart city. The client envisioned an office building that would provide 47,000 sqm of Grade-A office space across 32 floors, while creating an instant visual identity for the area. Rising 120m with its fluid, rotational form, this office tower is a unique architectural landmark that reflects the evolving identity of GIFT city.
