S-Vitech's intervention in this project was related to the ability to coat the entire central staircase in brass as well as the production and installation of the brass guardrails. Churches in The Netherlands are getting more and more unoccupied. In order to preserve a small church in the South of The Netherlands, this church is transformed to residential housing.   The length of the building is divided into 7 parts to accommodate 6 dwellings and 1 commercial office.   The new inhabitants where given the flexibility to change the presented base floor plans to their own wishes and demands. One of the dwellings is designed to create a loft-like living space. The CS Residence is four-bedroom house with three car garage and a bike workshop in the garage. The clients’, avid bikers and software owners, had purchase a site from when they were married and sat on it for many years, thinking of what they could build. Pollard Architects were chosen for a prominent list of architects, because of our level of design and unique approach to their site and program. The residence resides at the base of Mt. The project called for an addition and “re mapping“ of an existing 1960 residence on the upper bench of Salt Lake City. The design started with the landscape which grew out of the client’s art collection. The garden was organized around the idea of journey and repose. The end of the journey are two bronze elephants which are situated on a stainless-steel gabion filled with recycle glass and lite from below. The garden is only accessible from the house through the kitchen. In a quaint streetscape in South Yarra alongside its terrace house neighbours, Caroline's contemporary silhouette remains sympathetic and respectful. Foremost, its eloquent brickwork façade and dark folded cladding provide a contrasting backdrop for the sculptural street trees.
