The Viladecans centre is one of the three new The Style Outlets in Europe. In addition to clothing and footwear brands, it has a restaurant area and a natural environment.These are curved pieces forming circular benches, which have served as islands to combine elements inside. Water dispensers have been combined with vegetation, giving the whole unit a pleasant and harmonious appearance for the user.These benches have been installed in the shopping area and are made of precast polymer concrete pieces, specially designed for the project, creating comfortable white benches with lower LED lighting. ULMA has designed and manufactured a custom piece for the restoration of the emblematic Tempo building.ULMA Architectural Solutions has created a prefabricated special piece for the structural cantilever balcony of the emblematic Tempo building in Valladolid. ULMA Architectural Solutions has carried out the design and manufacture of a special front facade for the restoration of a building on Secretari Coloma street in Barcelona.The particular aspect of the piece is its finish in a special slate texture, combining aesthetics with innovation as in the line of prefabricated elements this type of piece had not been developed until now.The owners' association that ordered the restoration of the façade wanted a different finish and the restoration company OBREIN proposed to ULMA the possibility of manufacturing the pieces with a slate finish. The building's facade was surrounded by pillars that the architects wanted to cover to achieve a much more aesthetically attractive façade. For this, ULMA designed and manufactured special slats adapting to the needs of the building. 175 slats were installed fastened to aluminium rails between slabs.  More

This construction of 50 high quality homes, required a constructive solution composed of 2 special pieces; decorative cornices located at different heights and window surrounds on the top floor. The challenge we faced was the need to make pieces with a complex design and unique shapes identical to those already present, aiming to add extra quality, whilst maintaining the cost and facilitating installation. ULMA Architectural Solutions has supplied special pieces for a distinguished building of 200 homes in Boiro town centre in A Coruña. Among the special pieces designed and supplied, we can highlight a large cornice surrounding the entire building, crowning it to give it great strength.
