Oroklini Residence

The project consists of a three-story family apartment building, featuring two flats with three bedrooms each and a top-floor apartment with three bedrooms and a mezzanine level. All apartments offer two ensuite rooms and a master bedroom, along with open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The rooftop garden is accessible to all residents, creating a shared outdoor space. Blending contemporary modern living with elements of traditional Cypriot architecture, the design draws inspiration from the geometric expressions found in the old streets of Larnaca. Green Park Residence

Green Park Residence is nestled next to a public park and is designed to harmonize with its peaceful natural setting. Incorporating two courtyards that seem to extend into the park, it provides a feeling of continuity and creates a gentle transition between private areas and shared spaces. The layout of the residence is planned to flow naturally across the property, organically connecting all spaces with each other and incorporating the entire structure to its surroundings as a whole. Apostolos Arsenis Living areas are linked to a central hub intended for family gatherings. EXTERNAL LANDSCAPING OF PANAYIA ASTATHKION CHAPEL

The project called for the much needed clearing, creation of accessible external spaces and landscaping around the 16th century Chapel. The aim was to allow all users to be able to enjoy this incredible building and surrounding spaces whilst also making the site secure and functional.
