HOLT is a high-quality, green ensemble on the outskirts of Groningen, at a location where the polder landscape enters into a relationship with the urban area. The design is a collaboration between DELVA, Powerhouse Company, Houben / Van Mierlo architects and Vector-i. On the site of the former Van der Meulen-Ansemsterrein in the centre of Eindhoven, Join The Stage is being created, a new urban area where living, working and inspiration from nature come together. The 75,000m2 development provides space for a highly urban ensemble of five circular buildings. DELVA’s radical transformation of the Bogaardplein is the kick-off for the development of Rijswijk's city centre, In De Bogaard. Ringdijkpark is a robust ecological landscape park for humans and animals in the Haarlemmermeer. Our design enters into a powerful dialogue with the three existing, typically Dutch landscapes in the context: ring canal, dike and polder. Sebastian van Damme The area is an elongated zone between the historical residential area along the Ringdijk and the economic activities of Schiphol Airport. With the Ringdijkpark, two different functions – pleasant living and economic activity – can exist at a short distance from each other. De Ceuvel is a former shipyard in the docks of Buiksloterham Amsterdam. Because of the economic crisis, the polluted and abandoned shipyard was not remediated or further developed, but the City of Amsterdam and Noordwaarts made the area available for ten years for the most innovative plan.  The winning plan, 'Zuiverend Park De Ceuvel' by DELVA, Space&Matter and Studio Valkenier, proposed an organically growing incubator. With Het Oog, DELVA is creating an innovative (underwater) landscape park that connects the two islands of Strandeiland in Amsterdam IJburg. With 8,000 homes, the second phase of Strandeiland is one of the largest future districts in the city. Het Oog is the 'green-blue' living room of the new area, a place that promotes water ecology and offers space for recreation in nature.  Winding water edges in the new topography create ideal conditions for a mix of rich reed beds, natural banks, shallow areas with semi- or fully submerged aquatic plants, grassy meadows and more densely wooded areas.
