We are commissioned to design and build a 4-story Multifamily Building in the Jockey Club Condominium of the Victoria district, Chiclayo province, Lambayeque Department in Peru, 770 km north of Lima. The building is located on a square lot, between lots with frontal retreat, orienting the façade towards the North, where two apartments per floor are symmetrically organized, generating a retreat in the first level for parking. Access to each of the departments is through a central circulation where a linear staircase and an elevator for a more efficient distribution are packaged.
