Modular construction is currently one of the most efficient and sustainable building methods on the market. At JYTAS, we focus specifically on Design for Disassembly (DfA) as a central part of our approach to circular construction. This means that, even in the early design phases, we consider how buildings can be disassembled, reused, and rebuilt without compromising on quality, architecture, or functionality.

Art Park Harrow
In Harrow town centre, northwest London, a cluster of demountable studios and gallery spaces is creating new opportunities for culture and enterprise. ADEPT creates EV charging park designed for disassembly
Copenhagen-based architecture studio ADEPT is a proponent of circular design. ADEPT recently completed the first in a series of EV (electric vehicle) charging parks for Norlys, a Danish energy and telecommunications group. Kyathos Mass Timber Arena
The architectural design plans for the mass timber basketball arena with a composite timber load bearing system were developed after being directly commissioned by the Cultural and Athletic Organisation of Galatsi Municipality as a special building requiring specialised technical know-how and related research in timber construction.
