A DYNAMIC SPORTS TEMPLE:In Zaandam (N-H) we are developing a new sports complex that includes fitness, spinning, boxing lessons and physiotherapy. Our dynamic design is characterized by diagonal lines and symbolizes movement and activity. The robust design is largely made of metal and has a metal facade finish in two colours. A NEW CAENDORP: TO AN ESTATEThe Caendorp in Heiloo had a rich history since 1968 as a bungalow park in the green countryside. This greenery has been used by the architects as a starting point, resulting in a sustainable and modern housing project, that new residents will enjoy immensely. COAST LOCATION: EXISTING GREENThe site has many mature existing trees and plants, which are almost completely preserved in the new landscape design by the architects. On the banks of the Elbe in Dresden, Barcode Architects are designing an eye-catching, multifunctional pavilion that will breathe new life into the 120-year-old Laubegast shipyard site. Integrated greenery and high-quality architecture make the new Schiffswerft Laubegast a warm place for relaxation and work, and a revaluation of a historic location in Dresden. Barcode Architects developed an apartment complex with urban allure and contemporary architecture that subtly fits into its context along the Bartokplein in the Arnhem city center. The project consists of 62 inviting urban dwellings with a varied commercial program in the plinth, further enhancing the liveliness of the Bartokplein. The apartments are accessed via a spacious and attractive courtyard.
