DGNB-certified modular construction
JYTAS has delivered a nursery to Ballerup Municipality – a 2,110 m² two-storey facility. The building has been awarded DGNB-Gold certification with the ‘Heart’ rating.
The building accommodates 160 children and staff, divided into five nursery groups and five crèche groups, and functions as an open, functional and flexible daycare centre that fosters a culture where curiosity, creativity and innovation are central.

Tankefuld is a prize winning sustainable public housing project which creates social interaction between its users, based on a DGNB approach.
Tankefuld (7000 m2) is a public housing project that, just like us as people, is defined by different characteristics.
A community house and total of 67 low energy homes, from multi-storey apartments to traditional townhouses, some with balconies, some with roof terraces. The flat roofs are designed with 3 different solutions: roof terraces, photovoltaic panels or sedum, to support all 5 categories of sustainability due to DGNB standards.
