Waterworks Food Hall promises Toronto a new landmark cultural destination within a beautiful heritage space
Opening this June, Waterworks Food Hall promises a new multi-faceted dining experience and landmark cultural destination within a beautiful heritage space in the King West neighbourhood of Toronto. The restored heritage industrial building is a 55,000 sq ft space that opens directly onto the recently revived St Andrew's Playground Park and has been repurposed as a European-style food hall by Woodcliffe Landmark Properties in collaboration with architectural firm Diamond Schmitt, ERA Architects, and Steven Fong Architect as part of a larger Waterworks mixed-used development in partnership with MOD Developments. Interiors were completed by award-winning firms Cecconi Simone, Design Agency, and Futurestudio.

Timeless flatiron architecture defines the Park Road condominium tower by Diamond Schmitt
In Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, the new landmark flatiron condominium building called Park Road provides a blend of urban living with access to abundant greenspace. A project by Capital Developments, the distinctive flatiron architecture designed by the award-winning firm of Diamond Schmitt is inspired by modernist sculptural abstraction and expresses geometries that respond to a pivotal almond-shaped site at the crossroads of three urban streets.

The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Science is a new state-of-the-art performance venue in Lubbock, Texas designed by Diamond Schmitt in association with Lubbock architects Parkhill and MWM Architects.

The birthplace of iconic musician Buddy Holly, Lubbock is now also home to West Texas’ largest dedicated performance venue, which brings together under one roof the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and Lubbock Ballet, as well as the Lubbock Independent School District and a variety of professional touring music and theatre production groups.
