This project aimed to modernise and revitalise the main entrance of the building, creating a space that reflects the contemporary and professional identity of a 21st century corporation, while offering a welcoming and functional environment for users and visitors. The design was carried out by Work+, Serrano+'s corporate interiors firm, with the collaboration of Luz + Forma as lighting consultant. Jaguar Negro is inspired by the History of Mexico in two ways. The first one is intimately linked to the ancestral heritage of the Aztec culture, already distant in time and characterized by legends that have been transferred from generation to generation. And a second counterpart, much closer to our time, based on the Colonial Hacienda and its way of experiencing space, but brought to the present with contemporary touches that have a lot to do with the use of material. This house located in the Valencian Ensanche represents the harmony and seclusion of the spaces that compose it. Walking through its 130 m2 of surface transports us to the warmth of the typical homes of the historic center, without forgetting the touch of modernity of the new way we have to inhabit the homes of the XXI century.  Casa Sueca welcomes us with the union of the hall and the kitchen in the same space.
