The building is located on an unconventional site, so to take advantage of the unique form, we decided to build two differenttowers which connect at the vertical circulation core. They have different kind of apartments, there-fore the offer gains in diversity and it reaches a wider range of the housing market. The structure consists of concrete walls and ribbed slabs, so no columns are needed. Not a single space in the building lacks natural illumination and ventilation. A rainwater collection system was included to satisfy the principal feature of the building: the main façade cov-ered with a vegetation curtain and plants.
