The Brainfactory Bochum sets clear standards for the office of the future. The open loft-style design, the high-quality exterior façade and the hotel-style lobby, designed by HWKN - Matthias Hollwich, create an extraordinary project. The 6-storey building impresses with a spacious, green roof terrace and an inner courtyard, which create space to take a deep breath and linger. The central circulation core makes it easy to find your way around the building and the distances to the workplace, café or fitness area are short. We supplied GOLDBECK West with our floor door stoppers with side buffer.
