African Safari House

Inspired by decades of travel to Kenya, our clients wanted a home that would reflect their love for The Continent and serve as a museum for the artifacts they’ve gathered. The Africa Safari style home is an homage to their deep love and commitment to Kenya, complete with a traditional, circular rondavel and museum room. Hand crafted of selected stone, the home and its detailed architecture is one for the ages.  JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD JMAD Jim McNeal Jim McNeal More

Del Camino

Our Del Camino home in Arizona is a modern, multi-level home with a two-story-tall great room space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling window to make the entire home light, open and airy. This openness also creates a connection to the scenic backyard with the great room actually opening up to accommodate indoor / outdoor living. JMAD JMAD JMAD Another way we create indoor / outdoor living is with two levels of rooftop terraces – one accessed via an exterior spiral staircase. The upper level also includes an exercise room (or multifunctional space that could be an exercise room or an additional lounge space) that overlooks and is open to both the front and back of the house. Casa Roverella

Casa Roverella is a villa created to embrace nature. The house is located in Puglia, halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino, in the Valle d'Itria, an area that inspired the entire project. The main intention was immediately to seek a dialogue with the natural elements present on the ground. A large oak tree gave the initial inspiration that led to the entire house being structured around it, making it the true protagonist of the project. Alex Reyto Alex Reyto Alex Reyto Every corner is designed to experience the spaces in continuity between inside and outside. The infinity pool makes you lose sight of the boundary between water and land, the outdoor spaces are livable in several places, allowing the house to continue to be w... More

Old World North Woods Rambler

Using reclaimed wood for the siding and trim work juxtaposed to the stucco wall treatment and steep roofs, we created an old world looking rambler. The roofs hang low to help anchor the house into the land. The interior has comfortable north woods vibes with a show stopping wine cellar. Modern on the Prairie

We named this home Modern on the Prairie. Certainly, Pa Ingalls didn’t design this one. We designed it in a Modern architectural spacial design by using vertical and horizontal planes to create the spaces. No post and beams or headers. Its flat roof helps further expresses the planes. There -are- some classical elements to it: it’s symmetrical and the forms create the space vs random  arrangements made in some modern architecture.  Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Our Modern on the Prairie has the feel of a classical home with how the forms were arranged but is oh, so modern. We also designed the f... More

Tuscan Villa

Inspired by travels, this home transports our client back to a relaxing vacation in  Tuscany – every day. It blends classical architectural elements with modern touches to give it an old world European feeling.  Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Spacecrafting Photography Although this is a single family residence, we designed the exterior with multiple building-like masses to surround the whole house and give it the appearance of being a place for many to stay. Guests and visitors would never know that this home is actually two remodels done in two different phases, as the exterior invites you into a home where classic Tuscan architecture blends seamlessly with modern living. Narrow House in Ahmedabad

Large plots are not essential for lavish homes, but thoughtful space planning can break the limitations of small plots making it breathable, inviting adequate natural light and ventilation. Cradled in the posh residential area of Ahmedabad, Paldi, this Narrow House is a unique example of balancing the yin and the yang of the architecture as well as interiors incorporating nature within the build forms. @panjwani.vinay @panjwani.vinay On the East of this 2,600 sq. ft. plot, lies a narrow road in the front, a common wall on the South that blocked Wind & Natural Light. This created worries in the mind of the client. Also, the plot is surrounded by neighboring bungalows with very less margins. But the experience and the expertise... More

Weekend House

The project of the house in Colares stared with a topographical research in mind, finding the most dramatic cliff between Cascais and Cabo da Roca, for a weekend house, on the west coast of Portugal, at the closest point to the Americas on European land. The site is located in the Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais, just between the famous Lighthouse of Cabo da Roca and the nearby Santuário da Peninha, it is part of a territory which is constellated by windmills and local production of wine. The plot itself has first been spotted on Google Maps and has been further investigated for planning permissions to the local authorities, it is located at the very end of the Rua das Piroletas in the one and the only land left unbuilt since the...
