SAMBIL Shopping Centre
•It is the largest outlet in Spain and opened to the public last March, after remaining closed for 7 years and undergoing deep renovation.
•These ducts have high thermal resistance, provide acoustic insulation, guarantee improved indoor air quality and outstanding performance in the case of fire.
In September 2010, the M40 Shopping Centre, located in the La Fortuna neighbourhood in Leganés (Madrid), closed its doors, suffering from strong debt and suspension of payments. Seven years later, on the 24th March 2017, the Venezuelan company SAMBIL was successful in opening the centre’s doors to the public once more, making it the largest outlet in Spain.

Vertigo Hotel
• This modern hotel rises beside the town’s historical lime kilns, now a popular tourist attraction.
• The project team has chosen URSA Al-TECH2 and URSA AIR Zero A2 to construct all HVAC ducts.
Facing the historically famous lime kilns – nowadays a popular tourist attraction -, the new Vertigo Hotel has become the latest addition to the Polish town of Gogolin. A wood and stone building, with large windows opening on to the landscape, the project is designed by Mariusz Slugocki from the JAMS Architecture Lab.
