Edificio multifamiliar de alta gama Residencial el
We are commissioned to design and build a 4-story Multifamily Building in the Jockey Club Condominium of the Victoria district, Chiclayo province, Lambayeque Department in Peru, 770 km north of Lima. The building is located on a square lot, between lots with frontal retreat, orienting the façade towards the North, where two apartments per floor are symmetrically organized, generating a retreat in the first level for parking. Access to each of the departments is through a central circulation where a linear staircase and an elevator for a more efficient distribution are packaged. The departments from the second level to the upper one cover the parking lots generating more area in these.

The Center for training and dental services is developed in the northeast sector of the campus of the Catholic University Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, located at Av. San Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer No. 855, city and province of Chiclayo, in the department of Lambayeque in the Peru.

The office building Torre Forum is projected on lots 27 and 28, Manzana D-2 of the Urbanization El Palomar, property of Inmobiliaria Artigal SAC, located in Avenida República de Panamá N ° 3605 and 3615, District of San Isidro, in Lima, Peru.The accumulated area of both lots, with zoning CM (Metropolitan Commerce), totals 1.206.60 square meters, with a total front of 32 linear meters.
