Casa M
Casa M regards the restyling of a modern apartment located in Barletta, Puglia. It was refurbished between 2021 and 2022 by the architects of Studio PAGe70 and hosts a family of four. The internal structure in composed by an open space living room, two small bedrooms for the kids, the master bedroom and two bathrooms. In addition, there is a beautiful garden perfect to spend free time and relax with friends.

Noordvliet 139
The Noordvliet 139 project is about a former wine warehouse in the cozy center of Maassluis in the Netherlands. This large and independent industrial building is located by the characteristic Dutch canals. In fact, it’s original construction dates back to the 1920s, but was completely renovated in 2021 to house both a lovely family and an impressive car collection.

Casa TGF
Casa TGF is a beautiful apartment located on the 10th floor of a residential neighborhood in the metropolitan city of Bari, in the south of Italy.
The project was curated by Interior Designer Marianna Lotito who tried to fully adapt the house to the needs of her clients. The aim of the whole project was to promote a feeling of wellbeing and relax in the several rooms. A mix between natural oak wood floors, the occasional presence of colored wallpaper and stoneware generated an amazing feeling of comfort inside the house.

The Apartment ML located in Bari was completely redesigned from the inside to turn it into a bright and organized home. The colour tones and project moodboard were chosen according to the needs of the clients so that the general home could fully express their personality.

Casa Corato
Have you ever wondered if it is possible to adapt an old house to a modern family’s lifestyle? Well, Casa Corato is the perfect example of this solution!
Italian Interior Designer Marianna Lotito was commissioned to redesign and redecorate a small building located in Corato’s historical city centre. Having in mind that not every time new is better than old, her first concern was to collect and restore all the coverings and materials that could be reused: wooden floor boards, marble thresholds, ceramic tiles and, last but not least, the impressive existing doors entirely constructed in hardwood.

Appartamento SLR
To manage the request of a young couple, Architect Angelo Bruno form ABBW was commissioned to refurbish Apartment SLR located on a 1970s building in Apulia, Italy. The first mission was to take advantage of the amazing view towards the Itria Valley and to reorganize the internal layout accordingly. The whole project was totally custom-made and fully adapted to the client’s needs.

Located in the Municipality of Avola, a few kilometers from Noto, this splendid residence was born according to the landscape that guarantees a breathtaking view of the Sicilian coast that goes from Syracuse to Portopalo.
As requested by the clients, the design intention was to guarantee always and everywhere, both inside and outside, the view of the sea and the landscape in general.
