Town House in Linz
The Stadthaus is located in the central street Lederergasse - a livable, quiet street that connects Linz's main square, via the tobacco factory, with the port. The existing building – its basic substance from the 16th century – has been renovated and expanded.
Over a process lasting several years, first the premises on the ground floor were converted into the company's own architect's office, then the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor were cleared out and renovated down to their constructive structures. In the last two years, the inventory has been supplemented with an addition.

Void Studio composes Tulum apartments around courtyards, intertwining alleys and quaint staircases
Set amidst a dense neighbourhood in South Tulum, Cuatro Cielos is a cluster of four inward-facing apartments designed by the Mexican architecture firm Void Studio. Enveloped in a subdued façade, the four-unit development is a harmonious composition of materials, textures, solids and voids, light, desert tones and vegetation.
Zaickz Moz
The apartments range from two to three-bedroom units, each with a distinct layout and character, yet all share a mutual connection with the environment and provide quality spaces. The spatial configuration is consciously planned to make the users traverse through the exterior pockets to reach one room from another.

Superimpose designs lab for scientists to find healthiest indoor environment
During the pandemic we all experienced how important a healthy interior can be. In Beijing a Sino-American collaboration between Delos, Mayo Clinic and Sino Ocean Group came together to create a lab that will use building science, behavioural science and health science to find the ideal interior for health, wellness, comfort, and performance. Superimpose were tasked to design a flexible space that facilitates this research optimally.
CreatAR
In all aspects of the building flexibility was a key factor. Superimpose placed the core and escape stairs like plug-ins to the northern side of the building. This allows for a flexible floorplan that can be used in the many configurations needed to set up experiments.

Archisbang transforms mundane 60s structure into impressive monolith
For environmental reasons Archisbang opted not to tear down the mundane 60s apartment building, but strip it all the way to its skeleton and reshape it as a modern monolith placed on an Italian hillside.
Aldo Amoretti
The building skin is upgraded with an external insulation system covered by lightweight cement boards roughly plastered with natural lime mortar. The architects accentuated the openings in a play of voids that puncture the monolithic volume.

The building houses three independently accessible apartments. Circulation is done by elevator and interior stairwell. An external metal staircase makes the apartments and rooftop independently accessible.
