Lunetterie Parade
Parade Eyewear is a functional and aesthetic space designed to meet the specific needs of an independent boutique and optometry clinic. Located at the heart of Espace Montmorency in Laval, this eyewear boutique was initially intended to occupy a 1,200 sq. ft. space. However, following a reassessment of its needs, Parade Eyewear required a larger area to fulfill all its requirements. As a result, the project included expanding the boutique to accommodate a greater number of frames as well as a second optometry room, ultimately reaching a total area of 1,800 sq. ft.

JINS Ohtone Store
This is a plan for a roadside store for the eyewear brand “JINS” in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture.
Several rivers of the Tone River system, including the Tone River, flow in the vicinity of the site, and one cannot help but feel the presence of a large river. We wanted to create an architecture that would be in harmony with this large river and its surroundings.

JINS Mitomotoyoshida Store
The site is located in an area surrounded by large commercial buildings. Since it is not located along a busy arterial road, we envisioned relatively slow vehicle movement and walk-in customers from the spacious open-air parking lot.Surrounding stores are single-story buildings 7 to 8 meters high.

The design was based on a single-sloping roof to accommodate the speed of cars and people. The facade of the store has a single-flow gable face. JINS Hikone Store
This store was planned as a new model for a community-based roadside store for eyewear brands.

The site faces the main road along the shores of Lake Biwa, giving it an overwhelming sense of scale, and is located in a corner of the parking lot of a large commercial facility.

The site is positioned as a large park overlooking the Lake, which is called "Mother Lake" by residents and is the largest in Japan with a long history and whose existence is deeply respected by the surrounding communities.

Therefore, we aimed to create a store that blends in with its surroundings like a pargola in the park, where customers can enjoy encounters with eyeglasses while being surrounded by rich nature.

BostonClub BLDB
Located in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, Japanese studio BAUM Co.Ltd has installed a new building for BostonClub BLDB built on an area of 384,17 squared meter. The project involves the conversion of a space that housed a warehouse into a eyewear shop, museum and a laboratory.
The first intervention was to reveal the existent space and to connect it to the main headquarter by a footbridge. The led architect Daisuke Kishina selects a transparent solution to allow the company stuff to admire the surroundings. By using " Shakei- 借景", a landscaping techniques used in Japanese gardens, the background landscape has incorporated into the project.
