As part of the repositioning of 1125 17th Street in Denver, the lobby introduces a refined, hospitality-driven experience designed to attract modern tenants. The entry sequence emphasizes openness, light, and material continuity, creating a seamless transition from the outside to the interior. The Jewish Leadership Academy, a newly established Modern Orthodox middle and upper school in Miami, has been meticulously designed by Gensler. The school's curriculum integrates academics with Judaic studies, focusing on cultivating future leaders and fostering community service. The campus, covering 101,000 square feet, consists of five interconnected buildings centered around a vibrant courtyard, creating a dynamic and purposeful environment. Originally completed in 1975 but left largely unoccupied for decades, Piraeus Tower stood as a symbol of unfinished ambition at the port of Piraeus. Rising 88 meters, the building's concrete shell was long known as the "sleeping giant" of the port. Its recent transformation into a contemporary mixed-use tower marks a major shift in both architectural and urban terms. The project focused on designing a model facade for Refah Kargaran Bank branches that can be used across different parts of the city, despite the varying scales and sizes of the branches. The initial design idea revolved around a frame that covers the entire facade of the bank. The frames are structured to be stepped, forming three continuous surfaces that can be moved wherever required to accommodate the entrance and ATM spaces, regardless of their location on the facade. If the entrance and ATM are too close to each other, they can collide to minimize shell crowding in one section. The Tranquil apartment is located at the end of the food street, in V.V Puram, Bangalore. The structure is strategically layered between the residential locality and the ever bustling and lively food street. The area adorns a contemporary character from the contrasting old colonial structures and temples. The design team wanted the characteristic of the surrounding area to be portrayed in the façade. The inside out façade allows the inmates to be in ode with nature. This also allows ample sunlight to veil the interiors. The commercial complex planned in Jigani, an industrial and marble trader’s hub, in the suburbs of Bangalore. The program of the structure was clear in client’s brief. The structure was primarily made with the objective to earn rental income in the fast-growing area and they wanted the lower floor to be used for retail or restaurant and office space in the upper floors. The typology of the structures prevailing in the area are box type industrial shed type. The building is located in Industrial campus in suburb of Bangalore. Set in atmosphere of good natural vegetation. The program of the building is of secondary in nature, than primary manufacturing units. The structure accommodates guest dining areas in the lower floor and managerial staff quarter’s in the upper level. The client’s brief was to build a contemporary and aesthetic façade but the budgets were shoe string tight. The natural green surroundings inspired the design team to design for outside – in façade, with large windows and provided large bay projections for further scope to relate better with nature.
