Select Citywalk Food Court, Delhi

The Select Citywalk Mall is a Top End Shopping & F&B Destination Mall, established in 2007, in the NCR. It enjoys the highest footfalls in the city of 12-14,000 on weekdays and averaging to 25,000 over weekends. International architecture practice 10 Design (part of Egis Group) has successfully converted a former warehouse site into a retail-gastronomy destination, marking an important milestone for the ongoing transformation of the Sungang industrial area. Gastro Passage

The idea of the new food court in Avion Shopping Park stems from significant changes in the market, most notably reduction and renovation of the original hypermarket and a need to expand the capacity of existing food court which is overcrowded during peak hours. The position of the new food court emerged from various studies done between 2014 and 2016. And an invited architectural competition was held in the first half of 2016. Shake

In mid-2016, Kokaistudios has completed the interior design of Shake, an upscale venue dedicated to soul music and to bringing Shanghai an innovative food and beverage experience. Located on the top floor of a recently renovated low-rise building on Maoming Road in the historical center of Shanghai; Shake has quickly become one of the city’s hottest night-time joints. Our photography took place right after opening. Upon stepping in the front door of Shake, visitors are invited to travel back in time into an environment similar to a soul music supper-club in 1960’s New York.
