Ken Soble Tower EnerPHit

The renovated Ken Soble Tower in Hamilton, Ontario, has officially received its EnerPHit certification, becoming the world’s largest residential building retrofitted to the Passive House standard. North Island Hospital

Opened in late 2017, the North Island Hospital project brought two new healthcare campuses to the Vancouver Island health authority—one in Comox and the other in Campbell River. Cascadia Windows & Doors supplied nearly 900 double-glazed windows (argon-filled with Low-E 366) across both projects, delivering a R-value of 3.7 (U-0.27).
