Located in the heart of Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland, the renewed Scandic Pohjanhovi opened its doors just in time for the Christmas season. An icon of northern functionalism, the hotel has remained a landmark of Lapland’s tourism heritage for generations. Fyra was entrusted with the redesign of its public spaces: the restaurant and bar, lobby, conference rooms, gym, and areas for children and youth.

Jänkä Resort
At Jänkä Resort, luxury means time: time for yourself and for those around you. The concept is built to make presence effortless. Stillness becomes a counterforce to everyday hectic rhythms, with wellness and nature placed at the core of the experience. Thoughtful details elevate the stay, creating an atmosphere where leisure feels natural. Fyra’s design work focused on the Safari House, including its restaurant, lobby, and safari-related functions. Fyra also contributed to the concept design of the outdoor yard area.
