Tekoá Cabins

Tekoá Cabins emerge from the search for an architecture capable of reconnecting people with the landscape, with time, and with the essence of dwelling. Inspired by the Guarani word tekoá, meaning "the place where life happens", the project proposes a contemporary way of living in harmony with nature, transforming architecture into an extension of the territory itself. Located in the mountains of Gonçalves, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, a region renowned for its dramatic landscapes, valleys, forests, and rugged terrain, Tekoá Cabins are delicately integrated into the natural topography. The project preserves existing vegetation and allows natural light, distant horizons, and seasonal transformations to... More

Galchino Urban Forest

We have devised a landscape architecture design for an urban forest located in a scenic village of Galchino. An important feature of this urban forest is that it is located far from large settlements, which makes it a real natural courtyard for the locals. For the landscape design, we chose a style ideally fit for a small park. Small population and mostly low-rise buildings nearby allowed us to create a park with an intimate feel that well combines the air of cozyness and wilderness. Dmitry Chebanenko for Basis architectural bureau Dmitry Chebanenko for Basis architectural bureau When working on the forest design, we considered the fact that there is a green patch next to each house for people to spend time in the open air, which... Residence SAB

Designed by Govaert & Vanhoutte architects, Residence SAB in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium, is a single-family home set within a wooded landscape adjacent to a golf course, where topography, mature trees, and an existing forest path informed the architectural approach. Rather than introducing a dominant object, the project adopts a modest footprint and a linear layout aligned with the natural contours of the terrain. The site is defined by gently undulating topography, with wooded areas showing elevation variations of up to 2 meters. Tijs Vervecken Caption The design brief called for a nature-integrated single-family home. In response, the house is organized around a longitudinal ground floor, complemented by a basement and a c... More

Pavilhão Guaju

In the district of Guajuvira, 35 km away from the city of Curitiba, Brazil, the countryside landscape sustained by small agribusiness families is constantly interspersed with remnants of native Atlantic Forest vegetation. Often protecting water sources and small streams that flow into the Iguaçu river basin, these forest clusters are home to protected species, such as the Araucaria - the tree that gives the town its name. In this native landscape, in a less dense portion of forest, the architects were commissioned to create a space for relaxation, silence and physical activity - with the fundamental premise of neutralizing built intervention amid the existing natural condition, or to at least mitigate its visual presence. Ga... More

Fischer Lessingstrasse

The company Fischer AG Immobilienmanagement stands for unconventional and sustainable real estate projects.
