The São Francisco Xavier House, built for Gianfranco Vannucchi and Lilian Ring, with architecture by Königsberger Vannucchi, is situated on a steeply sloped terrain, offering views of Serra da Mantiqueira in São Francisco Xavier, a district of São José dos Campos.

Mitbury the Public House
Located between the Mae Rim-Samoeng Road and the Mae Sa River, the project envisions a small café where customers can enjoy the natural surroundings. The aim is to keep the buildings as compact as necessary, prioritizing outdoor spaces under the shade of existing trees, avoiding any encroachment on the river, and preserving the original large trees. The site’s unique features include a low-lying valley significantly below road level, gently sloping down to the riverbank.

In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site. Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
