This project is a duplex building designed with a focus on urban design constraints and adherence to modern architectural standards. Openings and lightwells are positioned solely on the facade facing the yard, establishing a direct and effective connection with the outdoor space. The building consists of two levels (ground floor and first floor), with balconies on both levels providing semi-open spaces for enhanced interaction with the environment.

Minab Electricity office
The Minab Electricity office project is a successful example of modern design adapting to the region's specific climatic needs. Attention to the unique weather conditions of Hormozgan, one of the hottest regions in Iran, is clearly reflected in the design.
