Today, the neighborhood of Sainte-Foy is a major residential and commercial district of Quebec City. It's home to several important institutions, including Université Laval, the largest French-language university in North America, and the Centre hospitalier universitaire de Québec, one of the largest hospitals in the province. These fresh air appliances, the FIT 70E, the FIT 120E, the FIT 120E-D, the FIT 120E-D-EC, the FIT 120E-M, the FIT 120E-D-M, and the FIT 120E-D-EC-M, are designed for multi-family residential applications. These appliances bring a continuous supply of fresh air into the premises while exhausting an equal amount of contaminated air out.
