Designed as an elegant retreat in nature, this building was designed as a futuristic and modern form that does not touch the ground, like an airplane soaring in the sky. Murat Gedik In the 3-storey building, there is an entrance foyer on the ground floor, a kitchen, pantry, WC and technical areas, a living room and a swimming pool on the 1st floor, and a floating terrace where you can enjoy nature, while on the 2nd floor there are bedrooms, bathrooms and a study. Villa C27 is located at a height of 5.15 m from the natural ground, on 8 main carrier columns. Consisting of 2 rectangular glass prisms of height 27.85 m x 9.00 m and 6.00 m, the villa consists of living and dinner areas, kitchen, storage and wc on one prism, meanwhile 1 master bedroom with master bathroom, 1 room, 2 bathrooms and laundry area on the other prism. In the terrace section which connects the prisms, there is a pool, which is 6x15 meters in size and has a glass bottom. The grey rug coming from under the colorful sofa, and surrounded with exclusive furniture elements. That, as planned, is the central element of the whole room. 12 Ktor Pizza is a pizza spot in Yerevan, Armenia. The pizzeria's uniqueness lies in offering a specialty of big 12-slice pizzas. Before designing the pizza spot, we dug deep into the pizza culture, background history, and the atmosphere that adequately suits this dish. Eventually, we found the key component - Italian simplicity that predisposes you to rest and enjoy your delightful meal. Small-sized white tile is a purely Mediterranean element, equipped with some wood elements; it helps recreate an Italian country-style osteria.
