The given site in located in OMR, one of Chennai's bustling IT corridors in Tamilnadu, India. Reflecting the locale, The Client wanted to open a Café, which would draw the IT professionals, offering them a space to unwind, relax, and enjoy a moment of respite amidst their busy routines.

Terme di Sirmione Store, the spa company's new flagship store, has opened in the heart of the Garda peninsula. Inside is a beauty bar for an olfactory and haptic spa experience. In the small square in the historic center of Sirmione, the first Terme Sirmione flagship store, designed by architect Massimo Iosa Ghini, officially opens on November 23.
