The Lviv Hotel is a characteristic representative of Soviet constructivism in architecture and at the same time a bright phenomenon among other buildings of this era, despite the fact that at the time of its construction the main task of local architects was to adapt the standard project to the existing situation, and the creation of exclusive architectural elements, to put it mildly, was not welcomed (especially if they had a purely aesthetic function). A small take-away coffee shop in the center of Barcelona called OKYGO. The idea of the place was to create an interior completely opposite to the atmosphere of the old city streets. The ultra modern and urban design of the place gives the feeling of being in a parallel reality, as if you suddenly find yourself inside a 3D rendering or the metaverse.

Forkstone
Located in Espai Serrahima, a hub for artistic and cultural companies, this former industrial building has been renovated to serve as a contemporary workspace. The building was originally a textile factory, with a concrete-and-steel addition constructed in the 1970s, giving the complex an eclectic character within Barcelona. Over the years, the space was repeatedly transformed, accommodating uses ranging from parking and warehousing to a culinary research center before its conversion into office space.
Designed to work with the building’s existing architecture rather than replace it, the project builds on the spatial and material qualities already present.

One Plus Partnership immerses cinemagoers in a hyperreal theatrical cityscape
In Wuhan, China, a new cinema immerses visitors in a hyperreal theatrical cityscape. Designed by Hong Kong-based interior design studio One Plus Partnership for Wushang Dream Plaza Mall, the design takes the long-established opening film credits of a bustling streetscape as its inspiration. Under the theme “busy city”, the designers reimagined the aerial views of cities in an abstract form, presenting an interior space as a futuristic fantasy.

Designed as an elegant retreat in nature, this building was designed as a futuristic and modern form that does not touch the ground, like an airplane soaring in the sky.

In the 3-storey building, there is an entrance foyer on the ground floor, a kitchen, pantry, WC and technical areas, a living room and a swimming pool on the 1st floor, and a floating terrace where you can enjoy nature, while on the 2nd floor there are bedrooms, bathrooms and a study.

F.O.G. Architecture unveils a cutting-edge concept store for Super Seed in Hangzhou
Plant-based skincare brand Super Seed opens its new retail store in Hangzhou, China. F.O.G Architecture envisions a futuristic retail experience reflecting on the commercial spatial patterns of the Internet Age.

A total of 168 kinetic translucent acrylic boxes serve as display carriers that are programmed to move as per the requirement. One2One Fitness Studio
This project was born from the need to expand a Fitness Center by creating a studio that would complement its two existing ones. The client's request was of an area with a very different design approach from the first two studios of the brand – though spatially connected. An area that would ask its users constantly: “Put Me In Your Instastories!”
Within the 10m-by-10m room available, the program was divided into 3 distinct areas: a large central one for functional training, a locker room and a corridor that connects this new studio to the pre-existing ones.

This is a booth space for company at Tokyo Motor Show 2011 in Tokyo Big Site.The booth is display space for new products announced by glass company which contributes to car glass.
The space shows brand image of glass maker, such as transparency, lightness and joy. Ceiling and furniture is made of ETFE membrane that is pneumatic structure based on rhombus grid.
Diffused reflection lighting is coming through 3 layered ETFE Ceiling which has holes randomly.Furniture is constructed by rhombus grid pattern made of ETFE membrane. Arrangement of the furniture is decided by people moving pattern and display method for products.
This space allowed many people coming from any direction to watch new products and get information. More

Bangladesh Railway office building
Bangladesh Railway is an extremely important organization with a proud heritage. Therefore the head-office building of Railway needed to be such a building that will be an iconic building in the city.
The way the building has been conceived is that of a multi-faceted sculpture that shifts away from the harsh sun light of the west and faces towards the south-east. This faceting not only improves the quality of light and reduces heat gain inside the building but it also creates an abstract sculptural quality of which will make the building extremely unique in the skyline of the CDB of Dhaka city. The building-abstractness will give it a timeless character which we feel is befitting for an organization like Bangladesh railway.

Desert Rose cleaning chamber is a device for dry and wet body cleaning.
HOW
The suggestion is to make body cleaning in two steps. The first step is to use special cleaning powder, which consists of kaolin and dried herbs. It has a dry shampoo effect. Step two is to use a little amount of water during a couple of minutes to move off particulates of remaining powder.
