D8P associates is responsible for the master plan of Hapras Yen Thang. For a golf resort, we want to make the green on the golf field a dominant color for the whole area. Visitors may immerse in the vast greenery and forget about the dusty city life. Although the design concept we went with is modern, it greatly value the liveliness and freshness of natural elements. If you have the privilege to view from above, you will see that the whole area is covered in the cheerful green, including even the roof of each housing. We want visitors to be really in touch with nature, so flowers and other plants are grown on the very roof of their villa. Explore the beauty of the ancient town of Hoi An at your own pace, without any compromises, by being a guest at the cozy Backpacker Hostel. We were requested to turn the given 600 sqm to an awesome place to unwind while traveling. The attractive look of the hostel is achieved through applying modern design with the nostalgic charm of Hoi An in mind to both interior and interior features. Located at the proud Mipec Tower on Tay Son street, the Petrolimex Aviation Office was tailored by FVA with great ambition to be an industry leading design. Being the second aviation fuel supplier in Vietnam, Petrolimex Aviation's Board of Director wants to bring the company’s culture and brand identity into the office architecture. Our core idea is to embody the company's trademark to the aesthetically pleasing and functional layout. The architects used two signature colours that reflect the theme of Petrolimex. Orange symbolises an oil drop, while the dark blue represents the ocean. Located at the heart of Melbourne, Spaces Rialto is in a building that defines the city's skyline. We designed the first three floors of the building, offering 2580 sqm with fully equipped private and shared workspaces, entertainment, and relax areas. The architect team worked closely with Spaces to achieve consistent branding throughout the project, which revolves around a contemporary industrial design with open, well-lit, and connected corridors.   We use wood on almost every office surface to bring a calming feel and not give a too corporate look to space. The land has an advantageous location with many neighboring buildings: Trang Tien Plaza, Hanoi Opera House, Ly Thai To Statue, Hanoi People's Committee, Government Bank … and other cultural center, trading buildings of Hanoi. Located in Bangkok - Thailand, Chamchuri Square is a high-rise building complex with forty floors and a height of 173 metres (568 ft). FVA designed the 24th floor of the building to offer 3281 sqm to fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas.The design of these spaces is modern and light-filled, featuring glass walls, wooden flooring and rectangular area rugs defining the coworking spaces. Wood bookcases offer an ideal storage and display solution for traditional workspaces. Located close to the Kwun Tong waterfront, the commercial building is part of a larger urban development scheme which aims to turn the post-industrial district of East Kowloon into Hong Kong's newest central business district. FVA was asked to design the new Spaces's project office on the top of 12 floors which encourages collaboration and mentoring in a workplace that emphasizes health and well-being.The design team created a highly efficient plan and contemporary design that communicates Spacesworks's culture.
