Hanoia Flahship Store
Ten years after designing Hanoia’s first boutiques in Vietnam, G8A Architects was invited to imagine an entirely new concept for the brand’s flagship store — a bold reinterpretation that reflects both its evolution and its deep cultural roots. Located in the prestigious Press Club building, in the heart of Hanoi’s historic and elegant quarter, this new space had to mark a turning point.

Bellevue Villa
Situated lakeside just north of Geneva, the Bellevue Villa, originally constructed in the 80s, and its 19th century annex, were in dire need of renovation. The transformation’s main focus reviewed energy consumption and offers adjustments that reintegrate the home into the unique landscape bordering the Leman Lake.

Updating the design elements that influence the sustainable qualities of the villa, in addition to traditional measures such as a review of the full envelope of the building and the installation of a geothermal heat pump, G8A proposes a full photovoltaic roofing system, taking advantage of the sun’s rays to offset energy consumption.

Detail: Planted Facade of Jakob Factory Ho Chi Minh
Rollimarchini Architects and G8A Architects have designed a factory in Vietnam with three linear kilometers of stacked, green planters about its perimeter to naturally cool the building.
