Designed to sit discreetly within the rolling landscape of the Garda moraines, MAJC House is a single-family residence with an annex and a swimming pool that faces a site of particular natural value and stringent landscape constraints. The architecture does not pursue iconic effects but favors harmony with the site, adopting chromatic and material choices that are continuous with the earth and surrounding vegetation. The living area, conceived as a glazed volume, establishes a direct relationship with the outdoors: large openings abolish the distinction between inside and outside, while earth-toned walls and sage-green brise-soleil evoke the presence of the vegetation.
