The locationThe venue is located within the urban regeneration project which involved the spaces of the famous former cigar factory Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, active for over seventy years and abandoned since 2001. The ambitious redevelopment project aimed to give life to a new neighborhood of the city, so that it could become an alternative meeting place compared to the historic center and a creative hub for commercial activities in art, design, fashion and refined restaurants.The original building complex, of rationalist architecture, was designed by Bartoli and Nervi in the 1930s and has 16 buildings arranged over an area of approximately 100,000 m2, when the Monopoly decided to unify the Sant'Orsola and San Pancrazio plants.

MISCUSI Milano | C.C. Merlata Bloom
The locationInaugurated in November 2023, Merlata Bloom Milano constitutes the urban connection link between two of the most important urban regeneration projects in Milan, Mind and Uptown, with the declared aim of re-establishing the transformation of the north-west quadrant of the city of Milan in a sustainable way . The area was purchased in 2019. The building was built in record time, during the years of the pandemic, immediately aiming for Breeam sustainability certification, an evaluation protocol that implies an integrated design policy, the sustainable choice of materials , the creation of efficient systems.

Berberè Rimini | Via Tempio Malatestiano 30
The locationThe restaurant is located at the intersection of via Tempio Malatestiano and via Giordano Bruno, on the ground floor of a building spread over three floors. The Malatesta Temple to which the street takes its name is more commonly referred to as the Duomo. Completely renovated under the lordship of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta, with the contribution of artists such as Leon Battista Alberti, Matteo de' Pasti, Agostino di Duccio and Piero della Francesca. Although incomplete, it is the key work of the Rimini Renaissance and one of the most significant architectures of the Italian fifteenth century.

Berberè Modena | Via del Taglio
The locationThe restaurant is located in a central street of Modena, on the ground floor of the historic Palazzo Pierallini, a building protected by the superintendence, built between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.What is now a commercial space intended for catering was originally a courtyard which was accessed from a main door, hosting several artisan workshops all overlooking the central open space. The entrance portico survived but the courtyard was transformed into a closed environment, following the covering with a glass window, introduced in the 1990s.

Berberè Bologna Porta Saragozza
The locationThe restaurant, which overlooks the Piazza di Porta Saragozza in Bologna, is part of the ancient Falansterio complex of the city. Over the years it has hosted various functions, from the bus depot and repair shop to some catering and entertainment venues.

It was divided into an entrance, which in the old Falansterio project was a public portico, a kitchen area with related warehouses located in a raised area and a more recently built room that overlooks the garden and which housed the bar and all the customer services.

Berberè Porta Palazzo
The restaurant is located in via Bellezia 24, between Piazza della Repubblica and piazza Emanuele Filiberto, where the largest open market in Europe is held. The building that houses the restaurant is part of the third Baroque extension of the historic district of Porta Palazzo, which faithfully reproduced the Juvarrian design of the north-west part throughout the 18th century.
