Stonitex® is a large-format natural stone facade system that brings the timeless character of 100% North American granite to contemporary architectural exteriors. Each panel is cut from genuine quarried stone, giving every installation a unique, irreproducible appearance defined by the natural variation of the material itself.
Where traditional stone facades are heavy and restrictive, Stonitex panels are engineered at 10mm thickness with a carbon fiber reinforced mesh backing — delivering 10x the flexural strength of a conventional 30mm granite slab at just 40% of the weight. Just east, the gently sloping sun lawn is perfect for leisurely picnicking, sunbathing and reading. The belvedere and overlook also provide opportunities to relax while enjoying commanding views of the river. Nearby, the flexible gathering area at the heart of the pier features artful shade structures, plants galore, and wooden seating, and was designed to accommodate small programs while also being a peaceful place for relaxation.

When the client approached, they conveyed their desire for furnishing retail showroom that was minimal and exuded simplicity with maximum of display of their samples. The store is this 2500 square-foot retail furnishing space in Vadodara spells discreet elegance and dynamic harmony between its opulent interiors that makes it feel akin. This furnishing retail space is nestled in a commercial building, with constructed concrete column grid. The services like HVAC and plumbing were provided on the site.
