Loft in Glyfada
The project focuses on the complete transformation of an existing penthouse apartment, located on the top floor of a building from the 1980s. The renovation design of the loft in Glyfada maximizes the sea views and creates functional living spaces. The architectural approach focuses on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The goal was clear: to optimize the panoramic sea view and modernize the living experience.

Amphora Villa Santorini
Amphora villa is a typical cave house in the heart of the traditional village of Finikia, in Oia, Santorini. The settlement of Finikia stands out for the unpretentious beauty of its alleys and the unique architecture of the houses.
The original use of the house was as a «canava» which is a wine cellar. The wine cellars are storage areas where the vine growers and the old winemakers stored the grapes after the harvest. This particular wine cellar is dome-shaped and is made of a volcanic ash named «aspa».

Nestled in the secluded, natural site of Greece‘s Cycladic Island of Syros, Residence Viglostasi emerges as a single-family holiday dwelling like a traditional island settlement, perched on rocky slopes above the Mediterranean Sea. Block722, crafted the house’s distinctive character by cleverly drawing on the typology of small Aegean villages – minimalist constellations of low volumes, often found sprawled on hillsides, looking out towards the sea.
