A vibrant new residential community is now emerging and infrastructure works are well underway to provide vital connections between Stanton Cross and the surrounding areas. Bovis Homes and St Modwen Properties engaged ECL civil engineering company to deliver the infrastructure for Stanton Cross, a flagship industrial logistics park and residential development of around 3,750 homes, with schools, shops, surgeries and recreational spaces. This major investment in the new neighbourhood will bring improvements to infrastructure and facilities in the area.
