CASA ANCORA is a project which remodels the 1990s-built detached villa located in the Algarve, Southern Portugal. It takes only 1,6 m2 of space to place this two door cabinet with TV which opens up to a fully functional kitchen. It can be placed in a niche, against a free wall or free standing in the centre of space. When closed, PIA Viss M looks like a living room cabinet with integrated TV. The TV hangs on a wall mount and can be rotated to adjust better view. Doors opened at an angle of 90 to 120 degrees present optimal work environment with utensils and groceries at hand. Base arrangement includes waste disposal cabinet and integrated refrigerator. The project of a two-level apartment was designed for a family in which there are two children. Since the family is very hospitable and loves to spend time together, we decided to divide the whole space into two zones. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, an entrance hall and a transit area, all of which are combined into an open space. Also on this floor is a toilet room, bathroom, dressing room. On the second floor there are separate rooms for personal entertainment: a bedroom, two children's rooms, a bathroom.
