Olea House
The creation of a residence as a result of a synthesis of spaces that would be developed in a linear axis, with alternating patios and semi-outdoor areas. The epicenter of all these would be the olive oil tree, exactly in the middle of the building, as a balancing element.
Olea House seems to have been designed with the aim to fulfill the meaning of one word: harmony. Façade architectural office emphasized the importance of this element and this is evident in every aspect of the house.

We shared our client’s vision to make a majestic retreat with an extraordinary feeling of calmness, serenity, luxury and, most of all, a place with soul.
The (3500 smq) Templum spa in Seoul is comprehensive of swimming pool, changing areas with sauna, massage rooms, gym, yoga classes, juice bar, beauty shop.
The result is a combination of generosity of space, luxury of silence and emotion of surprise as well as an experience for the soul, the mind and the body. It is the experience of being in harmony with Nature.

In 2009 Tetra Pak, commissioned this 1300 sqm Hub Centre dedicated to innovation and training to be built adjacent to their existing headquarter.
The project is located in the industrial area of the city of Modena, Italy. This is a region that embrace tradition, innovation and style and the project represents this. Example are the Ferrari and Lamborghini Factories and Offices.
The intention was to represent Tradition, Innovation and Style whit a stunning yet functional contemporary architecture to expression the international image of the company and of its commitment to quality and innovation.
