Dental Clinic – Apollo Medics Hospital
The Specialised Dental Clinic at ApolloMedics Super Speciality Hospital, Lucknow, embodies IIDC Architects’ philosophy of human-first healthcare design within a high-performance hospital ecosystem. Conceived as a fully integrated dental care suite, the environment redefines clinical experience through spatial calm, intuitive circulation, and material warmth.

Each threshold, light plane, and surface has been calibrated to reduce cognitive stress and enhance patient confidence. Positioned strategically within the tertiary care framework, the clinic balances strict infection-control protocols with neuroaesthetic sensitivity — transforming a traditionally anxiety-associated department into a reassuring, efficie... WAVE 4 and WAVE 5
Located approximately 400 meters from the Baltic Sea, Waves 4 and 5 complete the ECR medical campus in Sopot, Poland, providing supervised recovery accommodations, rehabilitation facilities, and shared amenities for patients before and after medical procedures.
Constructed on a degraded brownfield site, the project extends the healthcare complex while restoring five hectares of land as connected green spaces and therapeutic gardens. Rather than pursuing formal sustainability certification, FAAB Architects integrated environmental performance through passive architectural strategies, material selection, and landscape regeneration.

Fortis Hospital, Noida
A Landmark Reimagined
Fortis Hospital, Noida—first conceived in the early 2000s—has long stood as a defining project in North India’s private healthcare landscape. In 2025, the landmark entered a new chapter with a transformative expansion designed by IIDC Architects.
The new tower integrates seamlessly with the original structure through meticulously curated materials, rhythmic façade articulation, and biophilic landscaping, preserving the hospital’s architectural identity while introducing contemporary systems, sustainable detailing, and clinical advancements.
For IIDC Architects, the project carries deep significance. Ar. Manu Malhotra, who had contributed to the original design over two decades ago, ret... More
