Woolf Residence

This Bel Air residence honors the history of an iconic home, designed and previously owned twice by John Elgin Woolf, or Jack, as he was known. Woolf, an esteemed architect known as the Father of Hollywood Regency, often collaborated with his partner, Robert Koch Woolf, a notable interior designer, in designing homes for Hollywood clients, including Cary Grant, Judy Garland, Katherine Hepburn, and others. ArtsPark at Young Circle

ArtsPark at Young Circle is a significant cultural center and urban design project located in downtown Hollywood. It is a 10-acre innovative cultural arts destination and active and passive landscaped environment. The initial design challenge was to mitigate several major dysfunctional aspects of the site, which is a circle surrounded by a busy, one-way thoroughfare with multiple cross entries.
