Social Lounge is a pleasure centered extension of an existing residence in Santa Cruz de La Sierra Bolivia, where the idea of a contemporary paradise is evoked as an unusual discovery. The architecture is not only peculiar, but also it nourishes the imagination, and provides a space suitable for relaxation and socialization.

Extension and Refurbishment of 1960's home, Fernhurst, West Sussex - by ArchitectureLIVE
The existing, tired and dated property had small rooms, a lack of living accommodation and poor connections to the garden.
ArchitectureLIVE's design added an open plan kitchen and dining area and gallery study extension. The conversion of the existing dining room and kitchen into a new snug area provided further flexible living space. A new master bedroom suite extension replacing an existing flat roof completed the new accommodation.
This property benefits from thermal improvements to the existing building envelope through out including insulated timber cladding facades, replacing the existing concrete tile hanging.
